But the machine counted 1.6 billion of my own MSC (mesenchymal stem cells) and I have seen some desperately needed pain relief for my spinal inflammation condition (arachnoiditis). Please understand all they do is take your own marrow and put it back in (either IV or on-site). The procedure itself is incredibly simple and performed well. I elected not to have general anesthesia and did not regret it.
